WispResort's Human Resource Department is seeking an energetic and driven student to serve as a Human Resource Intern. To be considered you must be enrolled in a accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. If chosen you will be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, increasing employee retention, and be involved with the development of the company's new training and organization development project.
