Wisp Resort Hotel Policies

--Check - In time for the hotel is 5:00 PM. Check - Out time is 11:00 AM. 
--Rooms are subject to availability and all rates are subject to change without notice.  
--Rooms must be cancelled within 7 days to avoid a cancellation charge.
--Minimum night restrcitions may apply during Hoildays, ski season and certain weekends. 
--All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, and Diners Club are accepted. 
--Small dogs are allowed with a $50.00non-refundable fee per stay.
--Cribs are available upon request. 
--Rates subject to 6% Maryland State sales tax, 5% local accomodations tax. 
--Resort is a smoke-free facility.  Penalty fees apply for not following smoke free room policy.
--Must be at least 18 years of age or older with a major credit card to rent a hotel room.

This is a brief listing of hotel policies.  Wisp Resort Hotel reserves the right to change or adjust policies without prior notice.  Guests are required to sign additional notices and waivers upon check-in.
