Below is a sample Itinerary of what your Family Reunion or Retreat could be! 
 
Day 1 - Arrival & Welcome
--Welcome Party: 3:30pm  Heavy Hors d’oeuvres, beverages in meeting room with a projected family slideshow (great ice breaking activity for family that doesn't visit each other often)

--Family Bonfire:  7pm:  At the base of the mountain with music and s'mores.  Kids play a game of flashlight tag while the adults gather round the fire.

Day 2 - On the Mountain
--Hot Breakfast Buffet:  8am  Breakfast in meeting room to plan out the day.

--Mountain Activities:  10am:  Scenic Chairlift Rides, Mountain Buggies, Mountain Coaster, Golf, Segway Tours & more.

--Box Lunch:  Noon:  Take your lunch 'to go' and enjoy a mountain top picnic

--Family Cookout:  6pm:  Dinner on the Patio

--Sunset Pontoon Boat Tour:  7:30pm:  Watch the sun set on the waters of Deep Creek Lake and leave the driving to us!

Day 3 - Last Adventures & Departure
--Continental Breakfast:  8am:  Grab a quick bite to eat and start another activity-filled day.

--More Mountain Activities:  10am:  Paintball, Mountain biking, Whitewater Rafting at Adventure Sport Center International (link to http://www.adventuresportscenter.com/)

--Departure:  3pm:  Head home and take note to call Wisp's Group Sales Team when you return home to book dates for next year's Family Reunion!
