USGA Rules Govern All Play
      These rules have been established for the enjoyment of all golfers.

      -No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive a cart.  Maximum of
two riders and two bags per cart.
      -It is against Maryland Law to bring alcoholic beverages onto a
licensed premises.  All food and beverage must be purchased from Wisp and
stored in coolers from Wisp.  No personal coolers please!
      -Keep carts on cart path as much as possible, cross fairways at 90
degree (use degree sign) angles and keep carts 30 feet from tees and greens.
Keep carts off banks and out of pine tickets.
      -Each player must have a bag and set of clubs.  Fivesomes are
prohibited.
      -Appropriate golf attire is required at all times, including non-metal
golf spikes, collared shirts with sleeves.  No denim permitted.
      -No practice pitching or playing more than one ball.
      -Out-of-bounds defined by white stakes and perimeter fence rails.
      -Water hazards defined by yellow stakes.  Lateral hazards defined by
red stakes.
      -Please repair all divots and ball marks.  Rake bunkers after play.
      -Distances are to center of green.  Pin Placement:  Blue Flags - Back;
Gold Flags - Middle; Red Flags - Front
      -Avoid slow play!  Be ready to hit when it's your turn.  Keep up with
the group in front of you; don't waste time between nines!  Golfers stopping
between nines forfeit their right to the 10th tee.  Expect to play 18 holes
in approximately 4.5 hours.  Above all, be courteous to fellow golfers and
avoid slow play.
