Wisp Resort is one of the longest running ski operations in the Mid Atlantic region.  Winter 2011/2012 will mark 56 years of skiing in the state of Maryland but we're boasting more than skiing and snowboarding these days!  The Bear Claw Adventure Park is a winter wonderful unto it's own with Snow Tubing, the only Mountain Coaster in the region, Ice Skating, the Flying Squirrel Canopy Tour and new this winter - the Chipmunk Challenge Course.  The Wisp Outdoors Nordic Centers offers Guided Snowmobile Tours, Mini-Mobiles, Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing.
