Snow Tubing

It’s all the thrills of sledding without the long hike back up the hill! No lessons. No equipment. We provide the tube - you have the fun!

If you like to sled, you’ll love Snow Tubing! It’s one of the fastest growing winter sports in America because everyone can do it! Just hop in the tube, step onto one of two Conveyor Carpets and up you go! With ten tube shoots, designated helpers and it’s own snowmaking and grooming machines, Bear Claw Snow Tubing is one winter attraction you don’t want to miss!

Snow tubing is fun winter recreation suitable for all ages. Adults of all ages can participate. In compliance with State of Maryland Regulations, in order for children to participate they must be at least 42" tall.

Dress appropriately, warm clothing including gloves and winter footwear are advised. Loose clothing, such as scarves, are not permitted. For everyone's safety, ski and other hard shell boots are not permitted.

The Bear Claw Adventure Park opened in December 2001. Each lane is 750 ft. long. Private tubes are not permitted in the tubing park. Groups of 20 or more may qualify for discounts, contact the Group Sales Team for details.

NOTICE: Tickets go on sale 1/2 hour prior to the park opening each day, please arrive early. Session times do sell out on weekends and holidays. Advance sales are strongly recommended. Please book in advance by calling 301.387.4000 - Advance sales only one week prior to date. Coupons or rainchecks not applicable to advance tubing sales. Peak Season Saturdays (Dec. 17, 2011 thru March 10, 2012) and Holidays are considered blackout periods. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on dates or times of tubing sessions.
