The Lodge at Wisp is conveniently located right in the heart of the base village at Wisp Resort. That means owners and guests alike are steps away from the snowy ski slopes in the winter, the lush greens of Fantasy Valley Golf Course in spring, summer, and fall, and close to many resort attractions, activities, and amenities. The Lodge at Wisp is a condominium-owned hotel with 169 units managed by Wisp Resort. Ownership at The Lodge at Wisp offers year-round recreational benefits and privileges found nowhere else in the Deep Creek Lake area.
Management of The Lodge at Wisp provides eligible Hotel Unit Owners with two (2) unrestricted and non-transferable season passes, each year free of charge. The season passes must be issued to an owner or a member of the owner’s immediate family.

Corporate owners, Trusts, and Partnerships must designate two recipients to receive two (2) unrestricted and non-transferable season passes. The designates must be a shareholder or member of their immediate family.
Season pass holders are subject to the same rules and indemnities as all season pass holders at Wisp Resort and must compete waiver as such. Fraudulent use of season passes or infractions of stated rules will result in loss of all recreational privileges associated with the hotel unit.
Management of The Lodge at Wisp also provides eligible Hotel Unit Owner ten (10) complimentary day lift tickets that are valid for the current season to be shared with family and friends.
Tickets may be picked up at the resort guest services office. Tickets are not for resale and have no cash value. Resale of tickets will result in the loss of recreational privileges associated with the hotel unit.
When checked into the hotel, unit owners will have unrestricted access to the pool and fitness room. When not checked in to the hotel, unit owners can stop by the Front Desk with a valid ID to receive a key card for access to the pool or fitness room.
The Lodge at Wisp provides eligible hotel unit owners with ten tubing session tickets each winter season. Daily capacity limits may apply.
Golf privileges apply to the Fantasy Valley Golf Course. The Lodge at Wisp provides eligible Unit Owner two (2) non-transferable Memberships. A membership form needs to be completed each season before use. A $20 cart fee is charged for each member for each round. Memberships are issued to an owner or a member of the owner’s immediate family. Immediate family includes:

A $20 cart fee is charged for each member for each round. Photo identification must be presented at time of play. Membership categories and fees are established at the beginning of each golf season.
Eligible Unit owners also receive six $20 greens/cart fees which may be used at any time by any person designated by the Unit Owner.
Owners may reserve up to two rooms per night at the Board established reduced rate for their personal use or the use of immediate family members. Should ownership be held by an entity rather than an individual, there must be an authorized representative of the entity to book the room reservations. Units may be reserved under the following circumstances:
• Reservations cannot be made more than 21 days in advance.
• A unit owner may reserve a room for $45 if the projected occupancy is 80% or less.
• Projected occupancy of 80% - 90% may be booked at half off rack rate of desired room.
• Projected occupancy of 90% or greater is sold at rack rate.
• All restrictions such as multi-night minimums must be honored.
• Reservations must adhere to all other hotel policies.
• Owners may have other guests stay at the hotel for 50% off the established rack rate for the reserved room anytime occupancy is projected to be 80% or less.
• Any unit owner that requires a pet room will be obligated to pay a $25.0 nonrefundable pet fee due upon check-in. (Standard pet fee is $50.00)
• The aforementioned policies apply to each unit. If an owner has multiple units, the total number of units the owner can reserve at any one time is to be multiplied by the total number of units owned.
Units in The Lodge at Wisp are professionally managed in every aspect from maintenace, housekeeping, and refurbishments. This ensures consistency of decor and quality throughout the Lodge.
