Snowshoeing is as easy as walking! Or turn up the intensity and go for a high-stepping jog to get your heart pounding. You'll be surrounded by a winter wonderland on a countryside tour of our Nordic Trails located on Fantasy Valley Golf Course.
Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing are available at the Nordic Center located in the Appalachian Yurt within Sundown Village. The trails are reliant on natural snowfall and are located just outside Sundown Village on Fantasy Valley Golf Course terrain. Park in the Sundown Village and check-in at the Nordic Center for trail passes, rentals and lessons.
Layers and warm clothing are strongly recommended for all Nordic Center guests.
