Since 1955, Wisp Resort has welcomed skiers and snowboarders in the Western Maryland mountains. From a modest operation with one ski slope serviced by a tow rope, Wisp has grown into a four-season premiere resort offering 33 slopes, snow tubing, lodging, dining and shopping during the winter months.

Snowmaking - energy-efficient snowmaking systems with computerized weather and pumping stations. 90% of all skiable terrain is equipped for snowmaking.
