Let's Get This Winter Started!
Mother Nature delivered on the forecast’s promise of the seasons first snow showers, bringing over 2 inches of snow to Maryland’s Mountaintop. To help with her return, we fired up the guns beginning the snowmaking process for the 2025/26 winter season. There’s nothing quite like the crunch of fresh snow under winter boots and the familiar hummmm of snow guns that we’ve missed so much.
We certainly are feeling the stoke. After all, there are only a few weeks until the potential start to the season, and we’re working hand and hand with Mother Nature to bury the slopes with snow. As long as temps allow, we’ll keep the guns firing!
The road to winter is trucking along and we continue to sit on the edge of our seats. Ullr Fest
Hoping for an extra snowy winter? Pay your respects to the Norse God of snow, Ullr on Friday, November 28th, from 5 – 10:00pm, as we ask him for the snowiest winter yet.
This is the ultimate pre-season celebration on Maryland’s Mountaintop offers fun for the whole family. We’ll be celebrating Ullr, asking him for a fruitful winter with festive brews, live DJ’s, decorative offerings, and fire!
Season Pass Appreciation
All 2025-26 season passholders are invited to join us for a season kick-off stoke party Saturday, November 29th, from 5:30 – 9:00 pm.
Enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, giveaways, speak with various winter departments, hear comments from our General Manager, and sit back and soak in the stoke at the NEW Warren Miller movie viewing.
