Valentine’s Day is this Saturday, and this year we’re skipping the flowers and going straight for the powder. Today has been a wonderful bluebird day with nice, open turns on Odin’s, smooth buttery surface on Wisp Trail, and twists, turns, and variation all across Mainstreet. Whether you’re riding the singles line or with your lift partner for life, we’ve found your perfect mountain match for this Valentine’s Day, and in case you forgot, you’re welcome for the reminder.
Mountain Profile
Elevation
Your mountain match comes complete with a 700ft Vertical Drop, measuring an impressive 2,415 elevation at the base and 3,115 elevation at the summit.
Slope Difficulty
Maryland’s Mountaintop has plenty of terrain options fit for any level of skier/rider. From steeps to slow and steady – we’ve got you covered with: 27% beginner terrain, 42% intermediate terrain, and 31% expert terrain. There’s something here for everyone at any ability level!
Trail System
Take a day or two to get to know the mountain. With 33 slopes and trails on 132 acres of skiable terrain, there’s plenty to explore and features to learn.
Lift System
There’s many ways to explore the mountain with five triples, two quads, one surface tow, two carpets on sunset boulevard, and two on the tubing hill.
Snowmaking
We’re keeping the mountain looking its best all winter long with snowmaking capability across 90% of terrain.
Ski, Après, Repeat
The stoke keeps going off the slopes from live music, après, dining, and drink specials.
