‘Twas the night before opening day and all across Wisp Resort, the snow guns were humming, the snow cats were out on the prowl, and the stoke was high, as many of us head to bed eager to wake up for tomorrow’s turns. The countdown to opening day has hit it’s final hours and we’re starting the season strong with the anticipated opening of 11 slopes and trails TOMORROW from 9am-4pm including:

What’s Happening Opening Weekend

With 70 years to celebrate this winter, the coveted first chair of the 2025-26 season is more anticipated than ever before. Join us for first tracks by chairs 2 & 3 at 9 am for good tunes, coffee, cocoa, and breakfast cookies from Traders Coffee House. Then, swing by the Mountain Park from 4 pm – 8 pm to tackle the mountain in a different way. Enjoy opening day of snowtubing with sugar cookies and cocoa from Traders Coffee House.
