Indoor Pool & Fitness Center
The pool and hot tub will be closed for renovations from March 20th through April 21st.
Make a splash at the indoor pool facility at The Lodge at Wisp that features a 30' X 60' heated pool, comfortable lounging area, and hot tub. Pool towels are provided for hotel guests upon entry to the facility. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 16. The pool facility is located on the first floor of the Lodge Section of the hotel.
Break a sweat at the Fitness Center which features a variety of cardio machines including treadmills, stationary bikes and an elliptical machine along with 9 fitness stations. It boasts a ton of natural light, inspiring mountain views and is easily accessible from all guest rooms. The Fitness Center is located down the hall from the hotel lobby.
Policies, Protection & General Information
The Lodge at Wisp has put these policies and protection in place to better serve our guests.
- All reservations require a credit card deposit of the first night’s rate, due at the time of booking
- Deposit and cancellation policies may vary for groups, special events, and promotion
- Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival December 25-March 30 or 48 hours from April 1 through December 2
- State and Local taxes are added to all reservations (14% beginning January 1, 2020)
- Minimum stay requirements may be applied
- All rates are subject to change without notice
- The Lodge at Wisp is a smoke free facility
- Every effort is made to honor requests, however, we cannot guarantee specific locations or view
- Up to 2 non-aggressive dogs 40 lbs and under are welcomed per room. Pet rooms are limited. Advanced notice required. $50 non-refundable fee charged per stay.
- Check-in is at 5 PM or when the accommodations become available. If you arrive early, please stop by the hotel front desk. If your room is ready, we are happy to offer an early check-in.
- Check-out 11 AM. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the front desk the morning of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request
- InsuraGuest Guest Protection Policy is added at check-in at $4.95 / night. In-room guest accidents, room damage, and theft of guest property can happen at any hotel. These risks could be excluded from commercial hotel insurance policies and are potentially the responsibility of each guest. InsuraGuest alleviates the guest’s burden through a direct-to-consumer policy that protects the hotel’s guest(s) while in their hotel room.
A Lodge Queen Efficiency has a queen bed, queen size pull out sleeper sofa, 32” color television, mini-refrigerator, a counter top with a microwave, sink, table with seating for four, coffee maker and iron / ironing board. Located in the Lodge section, overlooking either ski slopes or the court yard. Sleeps 4.
A Lodge Queen Deluxe has two queen beds, 32” color television, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and iron / ironing board. Located in the Lodge section, overlooking either ski slopes or the court yard. Sleeps 4.
The Queen Suite has a separate bedroom, sitting area, and full bath. The bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and a 32” color television. The sitting area includes a queen size wall bed, love seat, and a 32” color television. Located in the Tower section with views of either the ski slopes, Sundown Village or Resort. Sleeps 4.
The Double Suite has a separate bedroom, sitting area, and full bath. The Bedroom is furnished with two double beds and a 32” color television. The sitting area includes a queen size wall bed, love seat and a 32” color television. Located in the Tower section with views of either the ski slopes, Sundown Village or the Resort. Sleeps 6.
This two-room suite is furnished with a king size bed, 32" panel screen television, desk and task chair in the bedroom. The living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa, armoire, small refrigerator, coffeemaker, and 32" panel screen television. Sleeps 4.
The King Luxury Suites offer refined furnishings and accommodations. The bedroom features a California King Bed with a Simmons Health Smart Beauty Rest Super Pillow Top Mattress, 32” TV, and a private in-room safe. The sitting area features a queen sleeper sofa with additional seating, and a 42” TV. The bathroom features granite countertops and custom cabinets with a customized tiled walk-in shower. Located in the Tower section. Sleeps 4.
