Winter came in with a mission.. Delivering another season full of laps, laughs, and unforgettable on-snow memories. Before we knew it, Mother Nature shifted gears toward sunnier skies and warmer days, reminding us to appreciate every turn we get on Maryland’s Mountaintop.
Unfortunately, continuous rainfall and unusually warm temperatures have taken a significant toll on our snowpack. While the slopes may still look great from the road or on the webcams, several key areas across the mountain no longer have the coverage needed to operate safely.
With that in mind, this past weekend marked our final weekend of full winter operations, and the last chair has officially been taken for the season. But even with Mother Nature throwing us a curveball, we’re not ending things quietly.
One More Day to Celebrate
We’re keeping the good vibes going and inviting everyone back to the mountain for one final celebration of the season.
