Fall into Autumn

Fall colors are starting to pop up here at Wisp Resort and we have all the adventures and events to enjoy this colorful season. From now until late October the resort and the Deep Creek Lake area will transform into a vibrant array of autumn colors. Here are the top ways to take in this beautiful season:

Our Mountain Adventure Park has something for everyone to experience the fall colors. Take in the views of Deep Creek and be up close with all the autumn foliage with our scenic chairlift ride, mountain coaster, arial adventures, and much more fun.

Golf amongst the mountains and fall views with our two 18 hole golf courses. Play a round at Fantasy Valley that hosts breathtaking views of the mountains, or tee off at Lodestone that sits atop of the mountain and has sweeping views of Deep Creek Lake.

Oktoberfest – October 5th 12-6pm

Celebrate the autumn season with fall foliage, seasonal beer, harvest festivities, lederhosen, and dirndls. Join us for another Wisp Oktoberfest to enjoy seasonal beer, live music including the Oompah Band, kids’ activities, artisans, authentic Bavarian food, and more – PROST!

Murder Mystery Dinner Party – October 25th 6-11pm

A masquerade party encounters a shocking murder and we need the guests help to solve this horrible crime. Party includes dinner, a few drinks, and a whole lot of fun!

Family Halloween Party + Wisp After Dark Party – October 26th 5:30-11pm

It’s spooky time! Start preparing your costumes now for a fun evening filled with music and creepy happenings. After 8:30pm, the lights go out for an adult-only 21+ Wisp After Dark Party.

Ullr Fest – November 29th 6-9pm

Come one, come all to ask Ullr, the mythological God of Skiing, for a fruitful and very snowy winter season. Dance around the bonfire, enjoy food + drink, and get stoked about the upcoming ski season.

Season Passholder Appreciation Party – November 30th 5:30-9pm

All 2024-25 season passholders are invited to join us for a season kick-off stoke party. Enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, giveaways, speak with various winter departments, hear comments from our General Manager, and the NEW Warren Miller movie viewing. RSVP details coming soon…
